I just got this email from Charles:
“I presented a session at the full company meeting today launching the new ICT department (a big formal announcement).
I’d just said the words ‘professional support team’ when my random screen saver kicked in.

Woke up this morning frustrated with the amount of paperwork and errands I simply can’t put off any longer. I lay there cursing all the fiddly detail and wishing I had my own secretary. Might as well write off the whole day, I grumbled.
So I did.
I just got up, had a shower and picked out my frilliest dress and highest heels. After applying lipstick, I patted myself on the butt and fetched myself a cup of coffee.
Today is secretary day.
I love a good birthday party -even if it’s for a 4 year old.
So off we headed to the Blue Mountains on Saturday for a day of silly hats…
…and the coolest cake I’ve seen in ages.

Not one but two castles, an icing river that ran under a little bridge with chocolate banks and flowers everywhere. Even the ground tasted delicious. It took Ella’s Aunt 7 hours to make, and us mere minutes to destroy. Mmmm.
