Wow -since there are so many great names, I thought we could vote for the best ones. The only rule is that you can’t vote for your own.

(And don’t worry if your names aren’t picked -there are several wild cats in the orchard who could do with a bit of identity.)

I’m here at Dad’s orchard now and spent the day yesterday poking about the house and taking naps with the kittens. They were orphaned at the beginning of the summer and we tried to give them away to various people (‘free organic kittens!’).

And since it looks like they will be here permanently, I was thinking it was time to give them names (unlike ‘Kitty’ who just passed away this summer after 10 years).

So, I would love your help. Send in your ideas for names!

Both are boys -one is all black with a little patch of white on his chest and the other is a little grey and brown tiger. Motors intact and running smoothly.
